 Even though it is not quite correct, people compare the brain to muscles. It is possible to go to the gym every day and do exercises correctly, but not to get beautiful muscle relief, if you prevent the muscles from developing inside, for example, by consuming little protein.

Physical activity 

The first thing you should do is eliminate physical inactivity. Insufficient physical activity slows down the breakdown of fats, which can lead to the formation of cholesterol plaques on the blood vessel walls. As a result, blood circulation worsens and the brain gets less oxygen and nutrients. So its efficiency decreases.

Sleep and drinking regimen

A person who wants to develop a brain should drink lots of clean water and get enough sleep. Water cleanses the body. And quality daily sleep helps the brain to recover. During sleep, the data obtained during the day are processed and “saved” in the long-term memory. Get out of your comfort zone
