Angels are the “Messengers of God.” They are divine beings who carry messages between the Creator and His creation. These supernatural beings know the truth about us as a whole, complete and perfect, and always strive for our good. angel signs
They wish to see us fulfill our deepest potential for happiness and virtue, and even though they are literally trying to attract our attention, most of us simply overlook their signs.
There are numerous ways to recognize if angels are watching you, and in this article, we will look at 14 of the most common ones that I have personal experience with. It is important to mention that we all have our guardian angels, whether we are religious or not.
When working with angel signs, pay attention to the feeling you get when you see or sense the specific sign because it will help you identify the character of the given sign and perhaps even the reason why you saw it.
So what are the signs of angels’ presence?

Angels often communicate messages to human beings by showing us sequences of numbers. Some people claim that this is nothing more than a coincidence. However, when you see a number multiple times a day every day, it’s obvious that this has nothing to do with chance.
Our angels have certain ways of showing us angel numbers. Oftentimes, they subtly whisper in one’s ear so that one looks up at the time to notice the clock’s time or a phone number on a billboard.
For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 222, and it seems every time you look at a clock, the time reads 2:22 or 22:22. Or you’re seeing a car with a number plate with the number 811. Angel numbers can appear everywhere, in more or less usual places, and they may not only have a visual form, but even an audible one (you may hear someone talking about 1111, or the reporter on the radio says that it is 12:12.)
Different sequences have different meanings. Here are brief meanings of the most common angel numbers:
Number 111: It means that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, instant manifestation, and a positive attitude.
Number 222: Keep holding positive thoughts. You are on the right track!
Number 333: The Ascended Masters are close by. You can call for help in a given situation.

Number 666: Your thoughts are out of balance and focused too much on the material (earthy) world.
Number 777: Congratulations, miracles are about to occur in your life.

Number 000: A reminder that you feel the presence of your Creator’s love within you.
Your guardian angels are always spiritually present to your soul; all of their messages in the form of signs (numbers) have some significance that you should know. However, if you think that some of these sequences have a special meaning for you, carry a pen and paper with you and write down all thoughts you had right at that moment when you saw one of the angel numbers.
2. Angel shapes
They are all around us and can physically appear in the form of an outline or shape, from the clouds in the sky to the bubbles in your bath. Simply put, angel shapes can be everywhere, even there where you would not expect them; in the foam of your coffee or in the snow. Keep your eyes open.
It’s such a reminder: “Hey, we’re here with you. We love and protect you.“
3. Intriguing fragrance of the angels
Angels like to make their presence known through the power of smell. Most of the time, they use floral and woody scents to pull your attention. It can be the fragrance of lavender, pine, or herb, which has a distinctive aroma.
Sometimes you will also smell a familiar fragrance from your childhood, through which the angels remind you that they have been protecting you since childhood. It can be the smell of gingerbread, vanilla, cinnamon, or anything else that reminds you of your childhood years.
4. Sparkles of light
Flashes of color and shimmers of light are common ways of experiencing your angels. Each of the archangels symbolizes a different color. Orange is the color of warmth and optimism (Archangel Gabriel), while the green color represents power and harmony (Archangel Raphael).
These light flashes are often seen in the corner of our left eye or when we close our eyes, even in the deepest darkness.
5. Hearing angelic voices
Angels slowly whisper into the ears of the individual they wish to connect with. This angel sign is very difficult to describe because it is a very personal sign, and each angel communicates with each of us differently. Nevertheless, this sign is most often manifested as a sudden thought or part of the lyrics of a song.
Some time ago, I was sitting on the railing of the beach looking out at sea and a woman who was there with a cat on a leash. A year ago, my 16-year-old cat, who spent most of my life with me, died. And when I saw that cat on a leash, I remembered my furry love, who is now over the rainbow bridge. Out of nowhere, a Eurythmics song called “There Must Be an Angel (Playing with My Heart)” started playing in my head.

I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh. It was a wonderful feeling to know that I had angels around me.
6. White feathers
One of the most well-known signs an angel has visited you. Collect all the white feathers that you’ve found and put them in one place – either on a shelf or in a box. angel signs
This is a very gentle and subtle sign; one of my favorites, especially when I feel uneasy and suddenly see a feather as a consolation from the angelic realm. The feathers, in general, symbolize protection or protective wings.
7. Appearance in dreams
Angels often come to us while we sleep, as this tends to be the time we’re most relaxed and receptive. Once you wake up, write down all your dreams. If you asked your guardian angels for help or advice, take a look at your dreams, as there may be an answer to your question.
It is known that angels can have a human form in dreams.
8. Change in temperature
You might get goosebumps or tingles at the back of your neck or head because of the warm temperature indicating the presence of angels. This is a very clear sign saying: “We are here watching over you.”
Worry not. This is a very positive sign symbolizing an angelic presence, even though a lot of people associate it with spirits or negative energies.
9. Pennies
Celestial beings will often leave coins for those they are watching over. If you see a penny on the ground, do not hesitate to pick it up. It is a sign and a gift from the angelic realm. The coin is generally a symbol of leadership and support.
Angels usually place the coins in unusual places, for example, on the free seat at the airport or a rug at the entrance to your house. Wear this coin with you, in your wallet, or in your pocket for protection.
10. Robins and butterflies
These usually indicate a visit from an angel or the deceased. Reassuring those who see them that their passed loved ones are still near. If you see many butterflies in an unusual place, take the opportunity to offer up a simple prayer to these guides.

11. Rainbows
Thinking about Angels and a rainbow suddenly appearing, it’s likely to be one of these spiritual beings confirming their presence. I love this sign, as the rainbow is not a phenomenon we can see and experience every day.

12. Advertisements or billboards
Used by angels to confirm their existence. You can see either an angel number in television commercials or see the word “Angel” on a sticker on the car. Angels will always find a way to contact you!
Angels often use ads to communicate because they are distinctive and eye-catching.
13. Magazines or Books
If a book or a magazine suddenly falls from a shelf, you should consider it as an angel sign. If this happens, take a look at the entire book or magazine.
There may be some important messages you should know. It can also be a certain text, sentence, or lyrics that you often see in magazines or newspapers.
14. Animals
Among the most famous angel signs are animals, usually a fox, deer, rabbit, or hedgehog. They are intermediaries between you and your angels, and they can also symbolize your animal guide.
The most common angelic “animal messenger” is a bird that often flies to your balcony, window, or around you. And so it is with a butterfly. They may seem as if they were attracted to you or as if they wanted to give you some message. In fact, they may be sent by the angel that’s watching over you.
