Weight loss is one of the most common goals or New Year’s resolutions. Whether your reason is better health or you want to be happier with your physical appearance and feel better in your own skin, weight loss is possible and can be both easy and fun!
Gaining extra pounds is easier than losing them. However, if you reprogram your mind and have a crystal clear vision of how much you want to weigh, achieving your dream weight will be easier than you ever thought.
You can start exercising more, you can start eating healthier, but if your thoughts are not in line with your goal and you do not believe yourself that you can drop these extra pounds, your body will be in a conflict with your thoughts and will not let the excess pounds disappear. Weight loss begins in your head.

Whatever your goal is, believe in your ambitions and use positive affirmations, which are an amazing tool available to everyone. Before you start with positive affirmations, remember that:
- Positive affirmations should only be formulated in the present tense: “I am..I have..“
- Be specific when formulating your affirmations: “I weigh 130 pounds by September 20, 2019” or “I’m on my way to weight 140 pounds by August 30, 2019“
- Positive affirmations should be positive, so formulate your affirmations correctly. Instead of “I want to lose twenty pounds” say “I now weight 120 pounds”.
Speak these weight loss affirmations out loud for about 3-5 minutes at least twice a day – morning and evening.
