When in school, I usually focused on a positive thing I had achieved every time I thought that I wouldn’t do my assignment. It was my philosophy that if I achieved that, I could also achieve this. Since I started working on my self-belief, I never had someone do my assignment for me ever again. I feel proud of that version of me.

4. Find positive friends to hang with

If you choose to live as a loner, you will always find yourself struggling with negative thoughts about your life. This way, you spend a considerable part of your life worrying about something that might never happen.

5. Work on your mind-body connection

Being a college student is not a walk in the park; a fact! Sometimes, it gets tough and students have to toughen up and step up to the task. This often leads to one getting worked up and stressed. Irrational opinions slowly start flowing in your head.
