Using the Law of Attraction and positive affirmations for weight loss is no different than trying to attract money, prosperity, better health, love or anything else. However, in each case, the process of losing weight or becoming wealthy starts in your mind.
The idea to lose weight is like a seed that you plant. You have taken the first important step, but in order for a flower to grow from seed, you have to take care of it. If you decide to lose weight, it is important to maintain a positive mindset and remember what your goal is. Your mind will automatically begin to tell you that you need more exercise, walking up the stairs or running. You will also make better eating choices, such as eating more vegetables, foods rich in fiber or turmeric, which, in addition to its other great properties, is an amazing antioxidant.
Speak these affirmations out loud for about 4-5 minutes at least twice a day – morning (immediately after waking up) and evening (before you go to sleep).
