“Do I have a guardian angel or spirit guide? Why can’t I see them? Where are they?” Oh, how many times have I heard this question.
Guardian angels are heavenly beings who serve as messengers of God and our protective guides. They’re always on hand to guide us in life and can appear in many ways. People often question their presence or existence because they have no tangible proof or an angel coming to them and saying, “hey, it’s me, your personal angel!“
What many people forget is that just because we can’t see something doesn’t mean it does not exist, or that we should doubt its existence. You don’t even have to be religious to experience the presence of angels.

Guardian angels are spiritual beings who are assigned to each of us at birth to act as our protectors, advisors, and guides. Discover the moments when you receive helpful advice that should have been out of your depth. These things can be signs of your guardian angel’s presence in your life.
How to communicate with your guardian angel?
If you want to get in touch with your angels, you need to be in a calm environment with a calm head, and know why you want to contact them. The more often you practice this exercise, the easier it will be to connect with them.
Some people can communicate with angels as if they were talking to a friend on the phone. It is not because they are born with a special or psychic ability. It’s practice, effort, and persistence. Here’s one of the great ways to initiate a contact with them:
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Feel the energy around you.
Imagine you’re surrounded by white light, created by your guardian angels. They are here, guiding you, protecting you, and loving you unconditionally. Feel the presence of these holy beings who are always there for you – no matter what happens in your life, they will be there to help you through it all. Feel their love, peace, and serenity envelope you. Take your time. Not everyone has a good imagination.
Speak to them. Tell them everything that’s on your mind. Talk to them as if you were talking to someone close or loved. Take a deep breath, speak slowly, and whenever needed, take a break. Speak kindly and try to focus more on what you want than what you don’t want. Describe to them your whole situation and what is bothering you. It can be the most personal things that you would never tell anyone else. Finally, express your gratitude.
Open your eyes and carry on with your day as usual. Your angels are always with you – even when you’re not consciously thinking about them – so don’t feel like you have to ‘do’ anything special to contact them. Simply stay connected with them in your mind; ask for their help and guidance as needed throughout your day; and know that they’re there whenever you need them (both when things are going well and when they’re not).
