Our grandmothers knew the elixirs of youth and beauty, and this mask is not an exception. The yeast mask has very beneficial effects and all you need is a little milk and yeast.

These are very cheap and affordable things, yet they have excellent effects on our skin. The yeast mask is great for acne, wrinkles, removes dead skin and delivers the necessary vitamins and antioxidants.

Mix the yeast with lukewarm milk until you get a thicker slurry. Apply best with a brush on your face and neck and allow it to harden. Then wash the mask with lukewarm water and wipe your face with a soft towel.

Your skin will be instantly clean, fresh and soft to the touch. Repeat this procedure once a week. Do not apply any cream after washing your face; let your skin breathe freely.

Yeast is a rich source of B vitamins – thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2) and niacin (vitamin B3), which are an elixir for the skin.
