And when you exercise regularly, you’re not only improving your physical health but your mental health as well. Getting enough sleep is also crucial for good health. Most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep each night.

It’s also important to avoid unhealthy habits, such as smoking or drinking too much alcohol. Smoking is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. And drinking too much alcohol can also lead to health problems, such as liver disease and cancer. Making these changes can be difficult, but they’re essential for achieving good health.
