Despite its incredible functionality, the spine is susceptible to various issues, and neglecting its care can have profound implications on overall health and well-being. 

This comprehensive guide delves into the importance of taking care of your spine, exploring the anatomy of the spine, common spinal issues, and practical tips for maintaining a healthy and resilient backbone.

Support and Stability

The spine is the body’s foundation, providing essential support and stability.
