DIY: How to Make Lavender Sachets

Lavender is a fragrant herb that grows as a small bush. Its violet-blue flowers and narrow leaves emit a characteristic smell, which is very soothing.

Lavender can help us get rid of stress, treat eczema, relax the body and mind, and is beneficial for rheumatic pains and hay fever. Lavender is also great for insomnia. It generally has a very soothing effect.

If you want to scent your home naturally, try lavender sachets! They are inexpensive and very easy.

What we need

Cloth sachet(s). I think you can find it in every household. If not, then look at ebay. There is a large selection at very low prices. [$2-$4]

Dried organic lavender. Again, you can buy it very cheaply on ebay. [$1.50-$2]

Pour dried lavender into sachets and hang them anywhere you want. The scent remains intense at least one week. You can then repeat this process.
