How to Make Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients:

 

  • 300 g of oat flakes
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g of sesame seeds
  • 100 g chopped walnuts
  • 150 g almonds
  • 50 g stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

 

Instruction:

 

Mix all ingredients together and pour it onto the baking paper.

Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes. After baking, place the cooked granola into a sealed container.

These cereal can be stored for several months.

 

 

One serving (30 grams) contains on average:

  • Carbohydrates: 11 g
  • Fiber: 3 g
  • Fat: 11 g
