If I had to choose a single placement most consistently associated with aging well, it would still be Saturn in the 1st house.
It rarely looks glamorous early on. There’s no instant softness or obvious charm. But over decades, it holds up. Features mature instead of collapsing. The face gains authority without losing vitality. The skin often stays elastic. Bone structure remains defined. Strength shows rather than fades.
Saturn rules time, and when placed on the body itself, it seems to know how to work with it rather than fight it.
