To imbue something is to saturate it with something. A person may be imbued with a concept if they are saturated with it and understand it thoroughly. The word may be used in other contexts as well, such as imbuing a room with a color by filling it with related decorations or paint.
To immortalize something is to make it eternal or everlasting, or to change something into something that will never end, never be destroyed, or lost.
